some of the things I'd like to remember, in no particular order:
1. in the bathtub, when she gets water in her eyes, she asks for a wipe, which means a towel. She always wipes both eyes and then her tongue. yes, her tongue has to be dried too, for some reason.
2. around bed time, I'll say, "time to strip!" and she gets ridiculously happy. when she has no clothes on she skips around and says, "I naked! I naked!"
3. I hear frequently a running child and a crash followed by, "I'n okay!"
4. She talks a lot and all the time.
5. She loves her princess figurines. She can pretty much always be seen with one. If she doesn't have one, you'll know it's because her mean mother took it from her for one reason or another. She mostly just holds them or chews on their heads. She also has me re-dress them about 50 times a day. oh, and she knows all their names - even Pocahontas, Jasmine and Mulan
6. When I lay her down in her crib, she gets all playful. She sticks her feet straight up in the air when I try and put the blanket on her and giggles.
7. Any sauce at dinner time becomes finger paint if she's done eating.
8. She teases her big sister often. I let a lot of it slide because I can't figure out why her older and bigger sister doesn't defend herself. But I won't let her pull hair and bite. She gets in trouble for that.
9. I've recently discovered that she not only likes dancing to fun up beat music, but to harp music as well.
10. No matter what is going on, if certain songs come on, she jumps up and dances.
11. She can curl her tongue really well.
12. When I do her hair, she says, "too tight" most of the time. I shake her pigtails and she then says it's fine. Her little 'hair' ritual, I guess.
13. She learned to say, yeah, this week. That's much better than the common, no.
14. When she does get hurt, it is common to hear, "ow! bonkie head!"
15. Occasionally, for no reason at all, she'll hop around and say, "wibbit. wibbit."
Maybe I'll post some more another time. Right now, I have to change the dress of a princess for a striped down baby girl.

I recently read back through a lot of my blog and the posts like this were my absolute favorite. We really do forget pretty quickly these adorable little quirks - probably because they drop the old ones and pick up the new ones so fast!
That is so cute. She is adorable.
