So Grandpa L took the girls fishing at Payson Lakes. What this means for him: Dragging all his fishing gear, finding a spot, baiting, casting, sitting, and then when the fish bites, calling the kiddos. What this means for my girls: playing by a lake, running around, giggling, and standing next to the pole occasionally, and ultimately Grandpa lets them help reel the fishy in. Both my girls thought touching the fish was slimy and cool. They touched the eyeballs, fins and even the teeth.
Really, this is a labor of love on Grandpa L's side doused with a lot of pressure to catch even one. He got two - in 30 minutes. Thanks very much!
