Family Reunion - Fairplay, Colorado

This year, my family decided to do a family reunion for those of us that could make it - in Colorado.  My sister in law found a vacation rental in Fairplay, Colorado.  It was a 5000 square foot lodge situated on a few acres of property.  We loved the luxury of the lodge, the view, and the overall experience.  We had a really great time playing games, building forts, hiking to the ancient Colorado trees, eating good food, and just really enjoying each others company.

flower picker - she loved the abundance of dandilions and smelled them so much that her face eventually turned yellow

the family - neither of my girls wanted to be in this picture, hence the semi-forced look. but whatever, this was the 'for posterity' shot.

yup - Miss E was about that filthy most of the time.

I love times like this! And I love Miss A's face in the funny family pic. The "la di da, they said to stand here so I am" look. And who cares what the kids look like in the photo- YOU look fabulous! Now THATS for posterity!
